The Skills I Need

I want to cover some of the skills that I need to build an AdSense business, building niche AdSense sites en masse. Now, while I need some knowledge, which I’m taking from a whole range of the books, e‑books, and other websites, there’s some certain skills that I need.

So, starting at the top, I need to know how to outsource. Luckily, I’ve done a fair bit of outsourcing already. And I’ll be looking around at other people who have done it. The essence of learning this skill is to do more of it. I have started this on this project by hiring a mix of Virtual Assistants.

I need to be able to document processes and control processes, in terms of being able to explain them to my virtual assistant. As well as  keeping control of the state of each domain that I’ve created, where it’s up to, where it’s ranking, and so on.

Before that, I need some practical experience of keyword research. What I think should work. Then, by doing a postmortem, a personal feedback loop, when I’ve seen what’s happened over the months.

I need some technical skills that I’m lucky to be blessed with, setting up websites, setting up all tracking. I need some analytical skills to take the information that I’ve got, work out what went right and what went wrong.

Also need some financial skills to make sure that we’re actually generating return. And then, probably, finally, I need some sales skills and some copy‑writing skills to get the best return on my flippa sales of my top and bottom ranked websites.

So if you’ve got any ideas of books or websites that would help me and you grow those skills, please comment below. I’d love to hear about them.

You are true Rob, just making up mind and jumping into AdSense business is not enough to win the battle, we must learn the skills and build a perfect strategy to proceed towards success in the AdSense game.

Taking decision of starting a AdSense blog is lot easier than to maintain and proceed towards the success.

Hi Rima, Thanks for the comment. Welcome to goodadsense. Still working on the strategy will let you know how things are going in an update very soon. Slightly delayed by a bit of product development I am doing.
